Local SEO helps the right people understand where you work and whether you can solve their problem. For a Belgian service business, that usually means getting the practical information right before writing a page for every town on the map.
Start with the area you genuinely serve and the languages in which you can support customers. Be specific about both.
Make the useful details easy to confirm
Describe the services, how enquiries work and any real travel or service-area limits. Keep the business name and contact information consistent across the places you control.
If you welcome customers at a location, explain how to reach it and when. If you work remotely or visit customers, describe that arrangement honestly. A city name in a heading does not turn a remote studio into a local office.
Google Business Profile has its own eligibility rules. Online-only businesses are generally ineligible; do not use a mailbox to manufacture a presence.
Build pages around actual differences
A useful service page explains the job, who it is for, the process and relevant work. A location page needs a genuine reason to exist: different coverage, practical arrangements or locally relevant evidence.
Changing “Brussels” to “Antwerp” in otherwise identical text gives readers little extra help. Start with one strong service page rather than a stack of near-duplicates.
Use proof you can stand behind
Show real projects with their context. Explain what you did and what the client needed. Request honest reviews through the appropriate channels; do not invent testimonials or offer a story as if it were a customer endorsement.
Our Pico Vet and Binnenlijn cases concern different Belgian audiences. Their needs make more useful reading than a list of cities we could type into a footer.
Choose one practical improvement
Search your business name, check the main service page and follow the contact route on a phone. Correct contradictions first. Then choose a customer question that your site genuinely leaves unanswered.
