We're RDBK Studio. An independent creative technology studio built on shared ideas, complementary
skills, and a belief that good work starts with good people.
Our story? That actually started with a job interview.
They met at an interview. Then things got interesting.
Some business partnerships begin with a carefully written business plan. Ours started with a job
interview.
First, an interview
Two people. No master plan.
Jennifer was a project manager at an international company and was involved in the hiring process. Riad was applying for his second job. That’s how they met.
Neither of them was planning to start a studio together.
Then, a connection
A lot in common. Different strengths.
Working alongside each other, shared interests turned into conversations. Conversations
turned into friendship. And somewhere along the way, we started talking about what we could
create ourselves.
And then, RDBK
So we gave it a go.
We had different strengths, similar ambitions, and a clear idea of the work we wanted to do.
Just two people who got along, believed in what they could build, and decided to make
something of it.
That's how RDBK Studio began.
The people behind RDBK
Different strengths. One shared vision.
One loves figuring out how things work.
The other loves bringing people together.
Turns out, that's a pretty good combination.
Technology & Development
Riad Benbnidak
Riad once imagined himself becoming a doctor.
Then technology happened. Turns out, he loves
building things, solving tricky problems, and
figuring out how to make the complicated feel
surprisingly simple.
Today, he's the technical mind behind RDBK,
looking after development, functionality, and
all those little details that make websites
work beautifully. Give him an interesting
challenge and he's probably already thinking
of three ways to solve it.
He still helps people, just with fewer stethoscopes. He also adopted Jennifer’s cat—some collaborations come with extra responsibilities.
Clients & Projects
Jennifer De Roeck
Belgian by birth, Moroccan by an unexpected
turn of events. Jennifer is energetic,
endlessly curious about people, and genuinely
loves a good conversation. Meeting someone
new? That's her idea of a good day.
At RDBK, she brings that same energy to client relationships and projects. She loves understanding people’s ideas, connecting the right people, and turning conversations into clear plans. Outside work, she’s a fan of cats, her dog Finn, and motorcycles. Quite the combination.
Will happily talk about your project. Will probably also ask if you have a cat or a dog.
Good people know good people
Two founders. A world of talent.
Through our professional journeys, we've met talented people from different parts of the world.
Different backgrounds, different perspectives, and skills they're great at.
We stayed connected. When a project calls for additional expertise, we bring the right people
together from that international network.
The right people. For the work at hand.

One shared standard of care.
The right collaboratorsExpertise shaped around your project.
Different countries. Different specialties. One shared
commitment to good work.
Our approach
Professional where it matters. Human everywhere else.
We take our work seriously. Ourselves? A little less so.
Expertise, curiosity, honest communication, and people who enjoy working together. That's a good
place to start.
People before processes.
Good collaboration starts with understanding each other. We'd rather have a proper
conversation than hide behind complicated terminology.
The right expertise.
Every project has different needs. We bring together the skills and ideas that actually
make a difference.
No unnecessary complications.
Clear expectations. Thoughtful decisions. Honest feedback. We keep things
straightforward, even when the technology behind them isn't.
Good work matters. So do the people you make it
with.
Enough about us
Every good collaboration starts somewhere.
Ours started with a job interview. Yours could start with a simple hello.
Tell us what you're working on. We'd love to hear it.
