Either operator may sign a project agreement and issue invoices for their agreed scope or project stages. The responsible supplier, work and payment stages are identified in the relevant agreement and invoice. Sending an enquiry does not conclude a contract.
Hosting and operational providers
The current hosted application uses Hostinger.
The website uses Hostinger, with primary servers in France and backups in Lithuania, as confirmed in our hosting control panel. AI, analytics and email providers may process information in additional countries. EU hosting alone does not establish GDPR compliance.
The website’s AI assistant integrates with Google Gemini. Google Analytics and Search Console are separately configured services. Their respective purposes and privacy implications are explained in the Privacy and Cookie policies.
Website materials
The studio creates its website writing, designs, photography and illustrations, including AI-assisted material. Rights in original work are protected where applicable; the use of AI does not establish exclusive copyright in every generated output. Any third-party tools or materials remain subject to their applicable rights and licences.
