Welcome to RDBK Studio. These terms cover browsing this website, reading Insights, using its forms and talking with Rico. Paid projects and ongoing services are governed by a separate written agreement with the identified supplier.
Our Legal Notice identifies the website operators and correspondence contact. Individual project agreements identify the supplier responsible for that work.
Enquiries and service information
You can use the Contact form, Project form or Rico to discuss an idea. Please provide information you are entitled to share and contact details we can use to respond.
A saved enquiry or automated acknowledgement is a receipt, not an accepted order, reserved schedule or contract. Scope, deliverables, responsibilities, price, payment arrangements and timing are agreed separately in writing.
Displayed starting prices are indicative entry prices. They do not automatically include additional features, third-party costs, hosting or ongoing care. Your proposal identifies the actual work and charges. No purchase or payment is completed through this website.
We accept enquiries from businesses and private consumers. The written proposal identifies the supplying operator and explains the applicable taxes and final charges before an agreement is concluded. Starting prices are not a universal tax exemption or a consumer checkout total.
Applicable taxes, the invoicing supplier and any consumer information or cancellation rights are specified in the project agreement and invoice. Treatment depends on the service, customer status and country. Any request to begin work before an applicable cancellation period ends is agreed expressly.
Rico’s role
Rico is an AI assistant powered by Google Gemini. His replies can be useful, but may contain mistakes or incomplete information. Check important service, commercial and technical details with the studio.
Rico cannot sign a contract, give a binding quote, promise a delivery date or change an agreement. He can prepare an enquiry, which the application submits only after your explicit review and confirmation.
Do not send passwords, payment details, sensitive personal records or confidential information you are not authorized to disclose. The assistant is intended for adults exploring the studio’s services. Contact the studio directly if you prefer not to use AI.
Acceptable use
Please do not use the website to send spam, impersonate someone, submit unlawful material, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the website or its security controls.
We may limit automated or abusive requests and restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, its users or the studio. Ordinary enquiries and respectful conversation are welcome.
Content and intellectual property
The website’s branding, original writing, designs and illustrations belong to their respective rights holders. Third-party materials remain subject to their own rights and licences.
You may view and share links to our public pages for ordinary research and reference. Reproducing or commercially exploiting protected materials requires permission unless the law permits the use. Reading an article or chatting with Rico does not transfer rights in the studio’s work.
Accuracy, availability and external links
We take reasonable care to keep the website useful and accurate, but information can change and interruptions or errors may occur. Insights articles provide general information rather than advice tailored to your circumstances.
Links to external services are provided for reference. We do not control their availability, content or privacy practices.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses that are not attributable to a breach of our duties, including events outside our reasonable control. This is not a blanket exclusion for third-party incidents: responsibility for our service providers is determined by applicable law. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Separate project agreements govern paid work, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains enquiry records, email, AI processing and privacy rights. The Cookie Policy explains necessary storage and optional analytics. Sending an enquiry does not enroll you in marketing.
Applicable law and questions
Moroccan law governs these website terms, subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rules applicable to the visitor. No exclusive court is designated.
If something is unclear, contact hello@rdbkstudio.com. Any dispute about a paid project is also subject to its separate agreement and applicable mandatory law.
Changes
We may update these terms when the website or its services change. The current version and its date will appear on this page. Changes do not silently rewrite an existing signed project agreement.
