Websites · E-commerce

An online shop.
With a point of view.

Make people want the product. Then make buying it straightforward. We design e-commerce experiences that bring the brand, product information and practical shopping decisions together.

The starting point

The product story and the shopping journey belong together.

A beautiful campaign image cannot explain delivery, size or availability on its own. A technically correct product list does not automatically make a brand desirable. A useful shop gives both sides enough room.

We start with the catalogue, markets, languages and systems you actually use. Payments, shipping, stock and administration are agreed as part of the scope—not treated as details to discover after the design is approved.

Made around your business

Desire, clarity and a working next step.

Product discovery with character

Clear categories, relevant comparisons and product storytelling help visitors understand what makes each option different.

Confident buying decisions

Sizes, prices, delivery information and shopping-bag actions should be readable and easy to use, especially on a phone.

Connections that fit the operation

We check the feasibility of the agreed payment, shipping or stock connections and define who owns ongoing administration.

You cannot smell a website.

For Nottava, product storytelling and clear shopping decisions work together to make a fragrance collection easier to explore. See how the experience connects curiosity with purchasing.

How we work

A clear route from here.

  1. Map the catalogue and operation

Products, variants, markets, delivery rules and current systems shape the brief before layouts begin.

  2. Design the whole purchase

Work through discovery, product details, selection and the agreed checkout route with actual product content.

  3. Test before opening the doors

Use authorised test payments and check agreed order, failure and notification flows before accepting real purchases.

A few useful answers

Good questions. Straight answers.

Which platform should we use?

That depends on the catalogue, required integrations, editing needs and operating budget. We assess these before recommending an approach; we do not promise compatibility with every existing system.

Can the shop sell in several languages?

Yes, as an agreed part of the project. Product content, delivery explanations, checkout messages and order emails all need to be included in the language plan.

Are payment and shipping fees included?

Provider charges, subscriptions, shipping contracts and ongoing operation are separate from development unless explicitly included. The proposal should make those responsibilities and costs clear.
