01
The story
For someone visiting Morocco for the first time, the possibilities can feel endless. A private dinner in the Agafay Desert. A weekend in Marrakech. A celebration somewhere in the Atlas Mountains.
The harder part is turning those possibilities into something real, especially when you're organising everything from another country.
That is where Yalla Moments comes in.
Specialising in tailor-made travel experiences, private celebrations and destination events, Yalla Moments connects European travellers with thoughtfully planned experiences across Morocco.
The challenge was bringing that personal, considered approach into the digital experience.
02
Beautiful destinations deserve better than complicated planning.
The experience needed to speak to very different audiences.
Someone planning a romantic escape has different questions from a company organising a retreat or a couple arranging a destination wedding.
A rigid booking catalogue wouldn't reflect the personalised nature of the service. And a photography-heavy website without clear next steps would leave interested visitors wondering what to do.
Our focus was to create a journey that made the possibilities easy to explore and the planning process easy to understand.
03
We started with how people actually plan.
Instead of organising everything around predetermined packages, we structured the experience around the reasons people travel.
Private escapes, group trips, destination events, weddings and content-focused journeys each have their own space.
Visitors can discover what's possible, learn how Yalla Moments works and understand how an idea becomes a practical plan.
Large destination photography creates atmosphere. Clear descriptions explain the services. Carefully positioned actions encourage visitors to begin a conversation.
04
From inspiration to a proper conversation.
The most important part of the experience isn't the photography. It's what happens when someone decides they want to plan something.
We made the route into a planning conversation visible throughout the website, including direct WhatsApp contact.
The Yupi assistant provides an additional way for visitors to ask questions about services, destinations, pricing and planning before speaking with the team.
The objective is simple: reduce uncertainty and help visitors arrive at the next conversation with a clearer idea of what they need.
05
Designed for people planning from abroad.
The website communicates Yalla Moments' local knowledge, transparent planning approach and ability to coordinate experiences across Morocco.
Visitors can explore locations, understand the process and find the right way to get in touch without navigating a complicated booking system.

Beyond the homepage
The digital experience gives Yalla Moments a clearer way to introduce its services, guide international visitors and begin meaningful conversations.
It connects the emotional appeal of Morocco with the reassurance of having experienced people manage the details.
Because the best trips usually start with a simple question:
What if we did something a little different?
